This tournament will be a 4 man scramble, shotgun start at 1pm. Entry fees are $240 per team/$60 per player. Individual players will be assigned to a team.

$1500 Blue Sponsorship (4 polos and team)
$750 Red Sponsorship (4 caps and team)
$340 White Sponsorship (hole and team)
$240 Team Sponsor (team only)
$100 Sign Sponsor

Promotions and donations will be accepted also. Including items for tournament and door prizes.
